For now Fabulous has own process department with over 20 machines also establishes the design department to provide personalized customized service.Fabulous offers cut-to-size clear and colored acrylic sheet or other plastic sheets. Choose the exact size of the cut-to-size sheet or panel you need. Popular shapes like square, rectangle, round, diamond, etc. Laser cutting has high precision and slight error, which is a good choice for cutting out complex designs and patterns as well.
Surface Treatment Process
The hard coated sheet is obtained by applying transparent developed UV curing hybrid hard coating material. Achieved coating layer with high performance on hardness and abrasion resistance with flexibility peculiar to plastic sheets. Hardness is available from 3H to 6H. Applicable for clear acrylic sheet, acrylic mirror sheet and polycarbonate sheet.
